ThermeXa 2025 is an advanced controller that allows full management of your ventilation unit, both locally and remotely via a dedicated app. It supports EC (PWM) and AC (relay-based) fans with smooth, percentage-based adjustment of supply and exhaust airflow.

Operating Modes:

The controller offers a variety of preset modes that automatically adjust airflow:

  • Party

  • Ventilation

  • Window Open

  • Empty House

  • 1, 2, 3 or 4 People

  • Off

Each mode supports individual compensation settings for supply and exhaust (0–100%).


Advanced Configuration Options:

🌐 Wi-Fi Network Configuration:

  • Supports both dynamic (DHCP) and static IP addressing

  • Remote access via app

🌡️ Climate Control Settings:

  • Summer mode activated above set temperature (e.g., >19°C)

  • 3 responses to exceeding summer threshold:
    Normal Operation, Turn Off, 15-Minute Cycle

  • Automatic heater control — activates when below threshold

  • Min/max supply temperature settings

  • Fireplace mode: reduces fan speed by a set percentage (e.g., 10%)

🧬 Supply Air Temperature Regulation:

  • Based on:

    • Room temperature

    • Supply temperature

    • Exhaust temperature

🌨️ Heat Exchanger Defrosting:

  • Defrost activation temperature

  • Methods: Turn off supply fan, Activate heater, Open bypass

  • Minimum temperature before exchanger


GWC (Ground Heat Exchanger) Support:

  • Summer mode (>18°C), Winter mode (<15°C)

  • Programmable working and regeneration time

  • Input-triggered actions:

    • Kitchen hood: automatic speed reduction

    • Bathroom: increase exhaust airflow


Integration and Communication:
